S3RTA 2021: practical information

FIRST SUMMER SCHOOL ON SPACE RESEARCH, TECHNOLOGY AND APPLICATIONS

for young scientists and PhD students

5-11 July 2021

National Astronomical Observatory, Rozhen, Bulgaria

Organized by the Branch “Cosmos” of the Union of Physicists in Bulgaria

under the auspices of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Bulgaria

The participants will be transported from and to Sofia by bus. The departure from Sofia is 13:00 (the meeting point will be announced in July).

The on site participants will be hosted at the National Astronomical Observatory (NAO) – Rozhen. Food, drinks and snacks will be provided on site and are included in the registration fee. A group visit to the 2-m telescope is also covered by the registration fee.

Arrival to NAO-Rozhen: July 4, 2021, about 18:00

Departure from NAO-Rozhen to Sofia: July 11, 2021, about 09:00

Details about the virtual platform and access codes will be sent to all registered participants by e-mail a few days prior to the virtual school.
