NaFSKI-VI will take place from 27 to 29 October 2025 in The Venue hall at Sofia Tech Park

The registration is not automatic and the registration process will not be considered complete until you have received a confirmation email from cosmos@phys.uni-sofia.bg.

Contribution requirements

Oral presentations

  • Deadline: 31 May 2025
  • To apply: include the full title and a short abstract (up to 300 words) of your contribution during registration
  • Decision notification date: 15 June 2025
  • Presentation length:
    • for contributed talks: 15 minutes including discussion time
    • for invited talks: 30 minutes including discussion time

e-posters

  • Deadline: 30 September 2025
  • To apply: include the full title and a short abstract (up to 300 words) of your contribution during registration
  • Decision notification date: 15 October 2025
  • Presentation
    • up to 3 slides during the poster session
    • length: 5 minutes including discussion time

Registration fees

All fees include:

  • Access to all NaFSKI-VI sessions
  • For participants with oral and e-poster presentations: submission of a manuscript for publication in the NaFSKI-VI Proceedings
  • All coffee and lunch breaks during the conference

Financial support

Students and PhD students are eligible for support. The application process (deadline 31 May 2025) is as follows:

  1. Completing the registration form and choosing a position (student or PhD student) and a contribution type, either oral presentation or e-poster (with the corresponding title and abstract)
  2. Sending an email to rmiteva [at] nao-rozhen.org with your request for: a free accommodation (double room at the Hotel of the Bulgarian Academy of Science) and/or reimbursement for local transport in Bulgaria (bus/train tickets)
