NaFSKI-VI will take place from 27 to 29 October 2025 in The Venue hall at Sofia Tech Park

The registration is not automatic and the registration process will not be considered complete until you have received a confirmation email from cosmos@phys.uni-sofia.bg.

Contribution requirements

Oral presentations

  • Deadline: 31 May 2025
  • To apply: include the full title and a short abstract (up to 300 words) of your contribution during registration
  • Decision notification date: 15 June 2025
  • Presentation length:
    • for contributed talks: 15 minutes including discussion time
    • for invited talks: 30 minutes including discussion time

e-posters

  • Deadline: 30 September 2025
  • To apply: include the full title and a short abstract (up to 300 words) of your contribution during registration
  • Decision notification date: 15 October 2025
  • Presentation
    • up to 3 slides during the poster session
    • length: 5 minutes including discussion time

Registration fees

All fees include:

  • Access to all NaFSKI-VI sessions
  • For participants with oral and e-poster presentations: submission of a manuscript for publication in the NaFSKI-VI Proceedings
  • All coffee and lunch breaks during the conference

Fee waiver

Registration NaFSKI 2025 EN (#14)

A young scientist according to the definition of the Bulgarian National Science Fund is a person who carries out research and scientific-educational activities in a higher education institution and/or a scientific organisation after obtaining their first Master's degree, but not more than 10 years after obtaining it.

NOTICE : Your registration is personal and every co-author who intends to attend NaFSKI-VI is expected to register separately.
