Apply for financial support
General information
Financial support can be provided for both, online and on site participants. Our on site capacity is strictly limited, thus if you wish to join us in person in the National Observatory in Rozhen (Bulgaria), you must wait for the decision of the scientific committee.
Online participation:
If you wish to participate online and you haven’t been approved for financial support you can directly pay the registration fee of 50€ per bank transfer or cash in our office upon appointment at cosmos@phys.uni-sofia.bg
On site:
If you wish to participate on site in NAO-Rozhen (Bulgaria) please apply and provide all required information. Only after committee approval you will be invited to pay the registration fee.

General information for online participation:
Details about the virtual platform and access codes will be sent to all registered participants via e-mail a few day prior to the School.
Cancellation policy:
If you are accepted for financial support and cannot participate, please let us know as soon as possible.
The following cancellation policy applies:
- For cancellation requests until 15 June 2022: 50% of the total amount will be refunded. Bank charges will be deducted.
- For cancellation requests received from 15 June 2022 onward: you will not be refunded.
It is possible to switch from regular on site registration to virtual participation. Those who have already paid the regular registration fee, but are unable to attend physically, will be registered as online participants. Please contact us at cosmos@phys.uni-sofia.bg for more information.
